By signing up below, you authorize the Black Hawk County Election Office to mail you an absentee ballot request form for the General Election to be held on November 5. Complete and return the form by the deadline listed below to receive your absentee ballot.
Request Form Deadline: Absentee ballot requests must be received by the office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 21.
Ballot Mailing: Ballots will be mailed from October 16 through October 21 for those with completed forms.

If you miss the request deadline:
- Absentee Voting In-Person: Available at the Courthouse Basement Conference Room from October 16 to November 4, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with extended hours on:
- Monday, October 21: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday, November 1: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, November 2: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Election Day (November 5): Vote at your assigned polling place.
