By signing up below, you authorize the Black Hawk County Election Office to mail you an absentee ballot request form for the General Election to be held on November 3, 2026. Complete and return the form by the deadline listed below to receive your absentee ballot.

Request Form Deadline: Absentee ballot requests must be received by the office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19.
Ballot Mailing: Ballots will be mailed from October 14-19 for those who have submitted completed forms.
