By signing up below, you authorize the Black Hawk County Election Office to mail you an absentee ballot request form for the Primary Election to be held on June 2, 2026. Complete and return the form by the deadline listed below to receive your absentee ballot.

Request Form Deadline: Absentee ballot requests must be received by the office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 18.
Ballot Mailing: Ballots will be mailed from May 13-18 for those who have submitted completed forms.
