By signing up below, you authorize the Black Hawk County Election Office to mail you an absentee ballot request form for the Waterloo Ward 2 Special Election to be held on February 24, 2026. Complete and return the form by the deadline listed below to receive your absentee ballot.

Request Form Deadline: Absentee ballot requests must be received by in the Election Office by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 9.
Ballot Mailing: Ballots will be mailed from February 4-9 for those who have submitted completed forms.
